    Is Mailman enabled in WHM -> Server Configuration -> Tweak Settings -> Mail ? You get that output when Mailman is disabled.

    Yes, it is and it's enabled and monitorized in the service manager also.

    Hello! Can you try restarting the service and let me know if there's any error output? /scripts/restartsrv_mailman
    After this, you can check the recent entries in journalctl to see if there are errors as well. journalctl -xe
