Can't access wordpress login page

Hi all! Apologies if this isn't the right thread, but has anyone encountered this issue? We're unable to access the wordpress login page for out account. It keeps redirecting to the main website. Any clue as why this is happening? Appreciate the help guys.

  It could be anything. From a cache and cookie problem (try from a private browser session), to a problem with .htaccess. It could also be caused by a plugin or the theme itself. Try, after trying from a private session, to check the .htaccess. You can also access your FTP, and try to comment the folders of your plugins, to see if any is influencing (Especially, some security plugin). Regards

  Thank you for your reply! I've tried accessing the page through different computers on different browsers, but it just goes straight to the website. I don't see any re-direct whatsoever. Also followed some troubleshooting on a website when I googled the problem. No sure if I missed anything, but last resort was putting a fresh copy of the site (which we haven't done). That's why I went to this forum to see if there's anything else that I might have missed.
