Hello! Just to confirm, which database are you seeing this issue in? Where do you go to trigger this error?

All Database are going to read-only. Restored the database manually from backups and reinstalled mysql/mariadb and reconfigured the user permissions. After that all are working fine. But this error is happening frequently on same server.

The most likely explanation for that behavior is a hardware issue of some sort, either with the disk or the RAM. I wouldn't expect databases to become unstable by themselves, so if you aren't finding anything useful in the MySQL logs I would recommend reaching out to the datacenter to have them check the hardware of the machine.
