Cyrillic alphabet in Mail Delivery Reports

Hi, I just installed new OS with cPanel/WHM, and I see that under Mail Delivery Reports I have Cyrillic alphabet to pick a date and time is set to 24:00 instead of 12:00am/pm I have another server, and I don't have this issue at all. Any idea how to fix this back to the regular time 12:00 am/pm ? TIA-6df7-4f02-babc-f094867f9a82.png">75269

  Hey there! I'm actually not sure how either of those options would end up in that state. Could you submit a support ticket to our team so we could investigate that directly on the system?

  I was checking up on older issues and noticed there was a problem with your ticket. For some reason it was never properly added to our queue so no one had responded. I've fixed that now and you'll be hearing from someone soon with more details.
