    @holikdardelo - I spoke with Anthony and it looks like his message got sent before he was finished typing. Can you try and manually connect from your server to the KernelCare address with this command to see if that works? ping patches.kernelcare.com

    That would be the issue then - something between you and them is blocking that connection. You might want to reach out to your hosting provider, as it's highly unlikely to be anything on your server itself. You could always try disabling any local firewalls you have installed temporarily to see if that works, but my guess is that it is happening upstream of your system. A traceroute test would show where the connection drops if you run this command from your machine: traceroute patches.kernelcare.com
