Always high CPU load

I've been using it for a long time, but this is the first time I've experienced this. I'm using an Unmanaged VPS it means I have to solve all the problems alone. But this time I'm very dizzy by this VPS, I don't know why it always ride CPU load to 100% in 2 seconds in range 10 seconds. Example : Each section has 10 seconds Section 1 => Among these 10 seconds range, there is a part that the load goes up for 2 seconds Section 2 => Among these 10 seconds range, there is a part that the load goes up for 2 seconds Section 3 => Among these 10 seconds range, there is a part that the load goes up for 2 seconds etc, and every 10 seconds, the graph load is the same. Even up to the service status, it never drops to number 2, it always loads CPU above 3. After I took a look at Process Manager, I saw that there was nothing to overwhelm. However, this will happen every time that cpanel/whm is accessed. Like when clicking the function 1 button (ex: Create a New Account). At this point, the cpu load goes up to 100% and goes down when it's not clicked. Going down when it's not clicked doesn't solve the problem, as it goes down for a short time and only a little. Example: from 6 to 5 then it will rise again after the next 10 seconds. Please note, this load does not occur when accessing a normal website. If you run command "uptime" what are the load averages?

There likely isn't going to be one answer that will point you to a solution for a load issue. You'll need to explore a few different aspects of the machine to see what is happening. We have a great set of articles at How to diagnose high server loads that talk about this process and the best way to use tools that are already on the system in order to get more details on the load. If you're still not making progress with those, and you think is the issue is related to the cPanel software itself, please submit a ticket to our support team so we can take a look at the system directly.
