Email delivery - Mail not sent

Hi, I can't send the mail from my VPS to cPanel. I tried looking for other threads on this forum but couldn't find any resolutions. Can anyone help me? Thank you!

  @matteomaz - we need more information than what is included in your post in order to help. Can you let us know if you're seeing any type of bounceback message, or errors in the /var/log/exim_mainlog directory? I'm also not sure what "to cPanel" means either, as @quietFinn pointed out - are you trying to send to a certain domain name or to cPanel's support team? If you can provide us some additional details without posting any sensitive data, such as the domains or emails in question, we can get you better advice on the issue.
