Hey there! I'm not sure if there is much we can do on the cPanel side of things for a 404 error. There would need to be some additional troubleshooting performed on the server where the sites are hosted. After you created the index.html file, does the Apache log show the 404 page being served from the correct document root? If you have mod_userdir active on the machine, can you visit the page with IP/~username/index.html? 0 -
Its was working fine from the last few months. suddenly its stopped on today without any changes. No all laravel based websites are throwing 404 error The following error showing in user terminal and ssh terminal The following error is getting in user terminal. php artisan cache:clear Could not open input file: artisan 0 -
Did you see my previous message? Are you able to check the Apache logs to see if it is pointed to the correct area of the system? I'm also not sure how the terminal error you mentioned is related to the 404 error. 0 -
Does this server happen to use Nginx? 0 -
Hope its due to some settings broken. i restored the account with old backup and solved the issue. How to reset all account related configurations without restoration of an account. 0 -
I'm glad restoring the account fixed the issue. There is not a way to reset the configurations without restoring the account. 0
