Hello, we can't send an email from Outlook, we received the following error: message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Subject: test Sent: 1/27/2022 9:46 AM The following recipient(s) cannot be reached: 'Dania Almakari' on 1/27/2022 9:46 AM 550 This message was classified as SPAM and may not be delivered

  Hey there! You mentioned the issue happens with Outlook - does the same problem happen when you send a message from Webmail?

  From webmail we can send a message, only from Outlook we received the error

  That's odd, but at least confirms the issue isn't an IP reputation problem or something on the server side. When the message is marked as spam, does it give any other details in the bounceback you receive? At this point it sounds like a problem with Outlook, so there may not be much you can do on the server side to resolve the issue, but we would need more details to help troubleshoot.

  vi /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf required_score 7.0 # /etc/init.d/exim restart OR How To Restart Mail Server (EXIM) Through WHM

  • Step One: Connect and log into WHM.
  • Step Two: Scroll down to Restart Services and click on it or enter "Restart Services" to the search bar.
  • Step Three: Click Mail Server (EXIM) from the list of available services you can restart through WHM.
