How to identify where the user part starts inside the language files.

Hello! I need some help. I need to translate the system to my language. How can I distinguish in the language files where is the part that is for the user and the one that is for the administration? I need to translate only the user part. Thanks in advance!

  Does the interface for editing locales actually contains only the user part of the system? According to my tests - it does. But I need to be sure.

  I'm not completely sure what you mean by "user part" of the system - do you mean only for cPanel? If so, yes, the locale is for the cPanel interface and gets changed through the WHM >> Modify an Account function.
