    Agreed - it sounds like you're experiencing hardware issues. If you don't have good backups, now is the time to make some and be prepared to migrate your data to another machine.

    It's 100% certain hardware issues with the disk. There's no question on that based on the details you posted. The only way to resolve it is to get your data migrated to a new drive.

    Thank you. The host seems only capable of looking at one issue at a time. Their suggestion was turning off error messages.

    Oof - I'm glad you posted here then! If there really are a large amount of errors detected with fsck, just disabling errors could cause data loss when/if the drive eventually failed.
