Account Creation Error: "The system failed to determine the “mysqld” version"

Hi, When I want to add a new account on the cpanel I created with Google Cloud centos, I get the following error. What do I need to do to fix this problem? Account Creation Status: failed

  What is the output of: service mysqld status

  When I've seen this in the past, it's been due to MySQL not properly running, or not being able to respond to requests normally, so that's what @quietFinn was getting toward with his reply. See what the output of that command is and then we'll go from there.
