Cpanel ports not responding after ubuntu cpanel installation

Hi I am running tests on Ubuntu, but after the cpanel installation on Ubuntu is completed, the cpanel ports are blocked by the firewall and cannot be accessed. I flush and save the iptables - firewalld rules and restore access, but after restarting the server, the firewall rules come back and access is lost. Centos OS settings I use don't work for ubuntu. Do you have a permanent and safe solution suggestion for this issue?

  I've done some test cPanel installations in Ubuntu, and never had that kind of problems, maybe because I always install CSF after cPanel install is done.

  Yes, there is no problem after installing csf, but since we do not use csf in all our customers, I am looking for a healthy method.

  I also haven't run into this issue on my end, because I also use CSF when doing Ubuntu testing. From our Ubuntu documentation here: Firewalls Even though the installer attempts to open APF or strongly recommend that you use this method." so we do recommend disabling the default firewall configuration on the server in order to get things working well.
