    I figured it out. On the one server when upcp ran, yum update updated a cloudlinux alt-php version that was only installed on the one server. That alt-php version installed rrdtool as a dependency for the first time ever (munin I believe uses cpanel-rrdtool instead, so rrdtool was not installed previously I don't think.) When the rrdtool rpm installed, it installed two other dependencies: dejavu-lgc-sans-mono-fonts and dejavu-sans-mono-fonts (before only dejavu-fonts-common was installed.) Installing dejavu-lgc-sans-mono-fonts and dejavu-sans-mono-fonts now with yum install on my other servers made the legends on my other munin graphs a darker gray and a larger font too. I like it as it's much more readable for me. (Some might not like it as the munin graphs with the previous very light gray small font looked stylish, but I like it as it's much more readable for me now.)
