How to turn off once for all "Like the new interface"?
How may I can turn OFF the message:
"Like the new interface? Tell us what you think!"
It is annoying to have to turn it off every time I enter into WHM, I have already sent my thought.
Would you be kind to tell where I can turn it off?
Thanks,
Sergio

Hey there! I have let the interface team know that clicking the "x" on the right does not stop the box from popping up again in the future, and they are looking into that now. I don't have a case number to go with this, but I'll keep you updated with any updates I get. (edited for clarity) 0 -
@cPRex, thank you! Thanks a lot for checking on this, I have sent a few times the feedback just to see if the message goes away but with no luck, that is why I opened this thread. One more thing, Do you have in a future plans to allow the move of the most used options in WHM top? I mean, the block that always appear is "TOP TOOLS", but the icons that I work on a daily basis are not in there, they are at the very end of WHM. How may I can move them to the top? I am using WHM 102.0.2 Sergio 0 -
I've created case CPANEL-40025 with our team so they can make sure the notification can actually be cleared. As for the Top Tools section, our developers are working on exactly that at this time, so that will likely be configurable at some point in the near future. I'm trying to keep most updates about Jupiter in the longer thread we have going at so that might be a good thread to follow if you want to know about upcoming tweaks to the interface. 0 -
@cPRex, wow I went to the post that you mention and now I feel depressed... hahahaha sorry, I couldn't resist, joking. I knew I didn't like the new design but never imagined that a lot of us feel the same, I even didn't wanted to continue reading after page 2. Every post that I read mentions the same thing over and over, the new design is not as productive as the old one. Maybe it will help if the designer could implement a way to count what options are most used by the user and be add it in a new block called "Most Used" set at the top of WHM. I assume that everyone of us using WHM, in a daily basis we use over and over the same options, so, why not have a box with the most used apps in there? Just my 2 cents. Sergio 0 -
The whole top section of the interface is exactly what you're describing. Here's the output showing the "Top Tools" section on a server that has seen some use: 0 -
Well, it seems it is not working for me. My top tools looks exactly as the image you have posted and I rarely use any of the tools that appears in there, maybe the only one will be "List Accounts" but not the other ones. In my case I use another ones every hour or less and that is what I am referring on my post, I will like to see the ones that I really use most of the time, per example: MailsCanner, CSF FireWall, cPanel ModSecurity Tools. Maybe I am missing a setting in the new WHM that is not showing the ones that I use. 0 -
I spoke with the user interface team about this area and my understanding was wrong. The page currently *does not* adapt to the behavior on the specific server, but is a list of our general findings about what most WHM users use on the system. We do plan to add more features to this, such as making it customizable or making it actually track with your real usage, but that hasn't happened quite yet. Sorry for the confusion on this one, but I'm glad we got it cleared up! 0 -
Just to write in you favor, the interface team are really wrong, as Why I have to use what other users use in my own WHM? :) Hope they change that point of view, you are completely right as a lot of us, the customers, thinks the same as you. 0 -
Update - at this point, the message is staying in the interface through version 102, and will get removed in 104. There is not a way to permanently keep this from displaying, although clicking the "X" will remove it from the current session. 0 -
wow if I enter 20 times a day to WHM, I will have to turn it off 20 times and if I have 10 servers? that is a lot. What about moving this line of code to the very end of WHM? That will be a simple fix until it gets resolved. What you think? 0 -
At this time the UI team wants that to stay at the top of the page. Instead of turning it off, it would be easier to just ignore it if you're already left feedback. 0 -
CPRex, I appreciate you always answered back to my posts, thanks. 0 -
