Exim Configuration Manager Problem
Oh nooo, this is a pretty annoying bug in one of the cpanel updates!!!
Why? When I want to edit the Advanced Editor section of cpanel version 102.0.2, it's very slow and won't update at all.
I'VE TRY EVERY VPS SERVER I HAVE, BUT CAN'T COME.
OK, I'll go into the details:
[CODE=apacheconf]# I want to edit external smtp
That means I have to edit the part Section: AUTH, Section: ROUTESTART, Section: TRANSPORTSTART
After it's finished, and I click the save button, loading continues. Don't want to be done at all, I've been waiting for hours, but can't.
I tried to change it via SSH/Terminal config exim, but when it NOT worked, exim didn't update at all. I've restarted Exim, still won't work.
I don't want to update to version 102.0.2 but, the default system updates itself. This troubles me.I can not go back to the old version.
Fix this immediately, it will interfere with my productivity
Just so you know, even without me editing, I just clicked save, it's not finished !!!!. And one more thing, in this new version, it is very heavy when opening configurations, like for example Easy Apache 4. At least give me a solution how to change the smtp or how to downgrade to the STABLE/RELEASE version. HELP!!!!

Hey there! There is never a way to downgrade cPanel to a previous major version. For this issue it would be best to submit a ticket to our team so we can troubleshoot this problem on the machine directly. Can you submit the ticket and then post the number here so I can follow along? 0 -

I don't know how to make a ticket and how much does it cost?0 -
Support tickets are always free. You do this directly through WHM >> Create Support Ticket or you can use the link in my signature here to start that process. 0 -

I have entered the correct id but it is wrong *redacted*0 -
I don't have a way to know what your support ID would be on my end. If that isn't working well, you can email cs@cpanel.net as that creates a Customer Service ticket and they can get the process started. 0
