    Hey there! Can you get me more details on the "module" process you mention? Does this mean you're creating the account through an API call or other external means? If so, does creating an account directly through WHM work well?

    @DigitalEssence 1st check if the email is in WHMCS -> System Logs -> Email Message log and Activity log. If those are OK then check in Exim log, /var/log/exim_mainlog
