Why this mail is rejected?

Hello, today i got a mail that was rejected, for some reason we where unable to find the mail on the "Mail delivery reports" interface, but it was on exim_rejectlog, i could not find the reason why it was rejected, here is the mail log if anyone can help to identify the cause or rejection:

What does the exim_rejectlog say? I mean the actual rejection line in rejectlog.

Its on the question, thats the log... there is no rejection line, that is the whole log of that mail in rejectlog

What was listed in the exim_mainlog? I'm not seeing anything in the output you posted that would indicate the reason why it was rejected.

You are using SendGrid, whether there is an issue with your SendGrid configuration or maybe you're using their free plan with no dedicated IP (getting abused by spammer) . You would want to consult this with SendGrid support team. Or, try disabling it and send a test email without SendGrid.
