Hey there! There aren't any speed limits or built-in delays when using webmail - it sends the message as fast as the server can process it. When you see this delay, is there actually a delay inside of Webmail when sending the message, or does it not get to the recipient as fast as you would hope?

Okay thank you, but is it the same as gmail? when you send to gmail deliver instant as sms in mobile but in webmail takes up to 1-5 minutes if you have attachment.

Can you please clarify if the 1-5 minutes is the time it takes your server to send the message, or the time is takes for the message to be received by the recipient?

Time takes to receive email by recipient, maybe is their time setting in server to send email ?

Thanks for that. Unfortunately there isn't anything that can be done about that - once the message leaves your server it's up to the network speed and recipient server. 1-5 minutes is still extremely quick for mail delivery so it sounds like things are working well.

I'm a bit confused, because I think the OP means emails delivered TO Gmail vs. TO cPanel webmail.

@quietFinn - I agree, it's definitely sending from the cPanel server to other places. Gmail was just an example of where they were seeing faster delivery.
