when creating a ticket for support to prepare server but when click on it does nothing ?

hi when I opened the ticket earlier today for support, i click on prepare server, then a small popup window opens but does nothing.. waited around 2-3 mins and nothing. so i added my ticket. if remember this is usually the popup to give access to server which in my case did not happen and i got an email from a support tech to go to WHM and click on allow access for them after. is this an issue on my end cache? or is this an issue on cPanel side ? just wondering Thanks Spiro

  Hey hey! It sounds like a browser issue as I haven't seen any other reports of this today. Can you try clearing the cache/history to see if that takes care of it?

  OK I was able to get it to show up after trying again, The ONLY Issue: The popup is unsecure...
