Why is Marketplace missing under Server Configuration?

I'd like to use Marketplace to connect with LetsEncrypt for a few simple websites for my company. But, I don't even see Marketplace listed under Server Configuration. I'm not sure if I don't have access to that, or if it wasn't installed. Really having trouble figuring out the lay of the land, and would deeply appreciate any guidance. Specific questions would be--Why wouldn't I see Marketplace under Server Configuration? Can I add it? How? Thank you so much for any help!!!

are you the administrator and what version of cPanel are you using Ok I think you are Reseller, so you would have to ask your Administrator to give you access :)

Normally I would expect this to be there if you are logged into the system as root. This isn't something that can be disabled at the license provider level. If you are the root user and still not seeing this, please submit a ticket to our support team so we can check the system.

We are acting as a reseller, but also the Administrator. If I'm logged in to WHM, how can I tell if the login credentials I'm using are for Admin or Root access? Thank you for entertaining these super basic questions!!! It's v94.0.24

Sounds like I may not be logged in as root. Is there an indicator I would see? Maybe that these things are missing? ;)

"root" is the username you use to log in to WHM. If you're using something else, it's a reseller account that likely has limited access.
