Hey hey! This is a known issue with Ubuntu and we have case ZC-9104 open for it already. I'll post an update once I get more details!

Hello! There are any ETA for this?

I checked the status of the case and it seems there are a few other cases necessary that will prep cPanel on Ubuntu to get this working. As you've probably heard me say before, I never offer any official ETAs for features or cases, but this is something that is actively being worked on.

Hi there. Any update on this one? It's been a ...year ;)

I reached out to the developers and at this point cPanel is not currently planning to continue support of our own ea-apache24-mod_lsapi module. For users that want that feature they would need to run the CloudLinux operating system. While that is currently in beta for Ubuntu, lsapi is not currently available outside of AlmaLinux/CentOS.

Hi cPRex, Thanks for the reply. That's very unfortunate, since we setup our new server a couple of days ago and we chose Ubuntu thinking that the mod_lsapi module will be available in the near future. We would have chosen AlmaLinux if we had this info earlier. IMHO, this thread need to be labeled "Abandoned" instead of "Solved". Best regards, Spyros for Artsound & Lights
