Incoming mails failing on latest update (102.0.7)
As expected with every update a new problem comes with it, now the incoming mails are failing with error "Could not complete sender verify" when certain conditions are met:
Today my clients are complaining that mails are rejected with error mentioned above, this clients have Google Suite, with his hosting service on cPanel, MX records pointed to Google Suite and "Remote Mail Exchanger" selected on "Email Routing" everything was working without problems for years until this weekend update, the problem is that cPanel is bypassing the "Remote Mail Exchanger" configuration and is rejecting the emails with the "Could not complete sender verify" error but this is only on the server that has the domain and if the incoming mail is from the same domain to that server only.
Explanation:
Server1 with domain1.com and domain1.com with GSUITE configured
And in Server1 we have domain2.com, domain3.com
If you send a email from domain1.com (from GSUITE) to domain2.com, domain3.com or any domain that is hosted on Server1 where domain1.com is hosted too, the mails are rejected because cPanel is trying to verify the existence of the email account locally (obviously the email account does not exist locally) instead checking the existence of the mail where the mail is coming, this is because the domain is hosted on the same server.
This is not happening if you send mails to domains that are on another servers.
This was not happening in previous versions of cPanel.
Now how many time do we have to wait to this get fixed and what do i need to say to my clients? My clients are tired of the already daily (fixed for each new problem) response for each update of cpanel: "This is because a new update of cPanel, we must wait until a fix is published (again) and meanwhile please stop sending mails to domains that are hosted on the same server as you domain and enjoy the new theme that cPanel made for you, here is the list of domains that are hosted on the same server:"
 :(

Hey hey! Because of your specific situation with GSuite, it might be best if you created a ticket so we can examine this directly on the system. I'm not aware of any general issues with the sender verification or mail routing with version 102.0.7. Can you create a ticket with our team so we can examine the situation? 0 -
