How to restart Freshclam

We recently changed some changes with freshclam.conf file. However how do we restart it on cpanel servers. I find on other control panels we can run "service freshclam restart" but not on cpanel?

  I think it's: service clamd restart

  /scripts/restartsrv_clamd
  or service clamd restart
  both work well.

  Ok thanks we know about that. If it restarts both clamd and freshclam then thats ok.

  "freshclam" itself isn't a daemon, so it doesn't stop or restart.
