    The 1st thing I'd probably do is to extract the backup from the Feb. 15th backup to a temporary location and check that it indeed contains data from 15th.

    Hey there! I agree with @quietFinn, extracting the backup from Feb. 15th to confirm it has up-to-date data would be a good starting point. If that doesn't help to shed some light on the issue I would suggest opening a support ticket with our team as having server access can be highly beneficial when investigating an issue such as this.
