Translate content of cpanel email sendt to accounts

Hi Guys, We would like to translate the message that clients get when they reach their hourly mail-limit and other cpanel system emails as well. Is there a way to do this? As an example, this is the content we am looking to translate: This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: xxx@gmail.com Domain XXX has exceeded the max emails per hour (150/150 (100%)) allowed. Message discarded. Thanks
