Manage API Tokens error

Hey guys, I'm facing a problem with Manage API Token feature in cPanel (just cPanel, WHM works fine). The error happens as soon as the page loads. Error: open(/etc/trueuserdomains): Permission denied at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Config/LoadUserDomains/Count.pm line 51.
The permissions for /etc/trueuserdomains seems fine, I've compared with another server. -rw-r----- 1 root mail 56 Mar 29 10:17 /etc/trueuserdomains And there is nothing in cPanel error_log.

  Hey there! What about /etc itself? I see this on my machine: # ls -ld /etc/ drwxr-xr-x. 108 root root 16384 Mar 31 15:53 /etc/
  If there isn't anything odd there, you may need to create a ticket with our support team so we can investigate this in real-time on your system, as I couldn't reproduce this error on a test server.

  Hey, There's nothing wrong with /etc/ too. # ls -ld /etc/ drwxr-xr-x. 114 root root 20480 Mar 31 17:10 /etc/
