licence issue

hi all, really in a bit of a pickle here we have 2 licences on a different account which we cant access at the minute the ip addresses have changed but we cant log in to update them and also cant access the email for that account as the email is part of the cpanel setup only thing i can think of doing is buying 2 new licences but will that then wipe out all the setup we already have or will it just give us access so we can get everything sorted from there? thanks ss

  Hey there! Most license issues need to be handled through our Customer Service team, as I can't do anything with licenses through the Forums. Licenses are always IP-based, so you can change the license without it affecting the data on the machine.
