Cpanel backup not wokring

Hi, on my server cPanel & WHM v102.0.10. Cpanel backup not working at ll. Backup log directory(/usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/) does not exists. I created it manually but still backups are not working at all. Any idea about how to fix this?

  Hey there! Are there any errors in the main cPanel log (/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log) that show information about the backup process? When you say it's not working, does it not appear to be running at all?

  @dcwebsite Backup log directory /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/ does not exists by default, it get's created after backup was ran the 1st time. That makes me to think that backup is not enabled in your server.
