Greylisting enabled but reports empty - looks like doesn't work

Hello I have enabled for several days on my cpanel/whm cloudlinux7.9 enabled but Home / Email / Greylisting / reports is empty. Any sugestions ? I have subscription bomb on one email account :(

  Hey there! According to our documentation at Greylisting | cPanel & WHM Documentation "Greylisting purges records from this report every 60 minutes." However, I'm also not seeing this page updating in real-time how I would expect either. I'm going to do a bit more research on this, but it will likely be tomorrow before I get more details on the inner workings of this page.

  I am logged in to whm all day. reports is empty.

  I configured a server with Greylisting enabled, and as soon as I send a message to that system the mail shows up instantly in the Reports section of WHM >> Greylisting. If this isn't happening on your machine it might be best to submit a ticket to our team so we can check this directly on our side.
