Users can't send emails despite authenticating SMTP
Hello,
We recently moved to a newly installed dedicated server and noticed that some users can't send emails using Outlook unless I add their IPs to both the
Trusted SMTP IP addresses and Bypass all SMTP sender verification checks in EXIM configuration.
When I don't do so, they receive a 0x800CCC0F error message with a 550 code stating that their IP is listed in SPAMHAUS

Does a newly installed dedicated server have the same IP address that you had on the old server? If it is a new IP address on the new server then the users need to make sure their incoming/outgoing mail server in the mail settings (in outlook) is resolving to the new IP address. 0 -
0x800CCC0F is a connectivity error, so checking the details like @kodeslogic mentioned would be a good first step. 0
