Users can't send emails despite authenticating SMTP

    Does a newly installed dedicated server have the same IP address that you had on the old server? If it is a new IP address on the new server then the users need to make sure their incoming/outgoing mail server in the mail settings (in outlook) is resolving to the new IP address.

    0x800CCC0F is a connectivity error, so checking the details like @kodeslogic mentioned would be a good first step.
