    Hello! We are going to need a lot more information to be able to determine where the problem is. What software is triggering these new orders? Is it WHMCS? Do you see anything in the cPanel error log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log? Are there any errors in the software side where the order is being placed?

    Yes, using WHMCS. At the time of purchase to register in cPanel, it gives the error of Permission Denied. It is being the same for Cron for account suspension time, it displays the message Permission Denied. @Edit For reseller plans only. Print here: Screenshot

    Thanks for the additional details. If you purchased that license through cPanel, feel free to submit a support ticket to our team. The most likely explanation is that the link between WHMCS and the cPanel & WHM server has been lost. If your license wasn't purchased through cPanel it would be best to reach out to WHMCS directly to have them check this.

    go to WHMCS -> System Settings -> Servers click the "edit" icon to the right In next page click "Test connection" Do you get "Connection successful"?
