Session Expired due to inactivity
Greetings, I searched the forum for something similar, but couldn't find it.
One of my customers is complaining about the "expired session" which occurs due to inactivity.
This client wants to remove it as he often leaves the email open for some time and when comes back he has to relog because of the "expired session" and then loses the email he was replying to.
Given the information above, I would like to know if it is possible to remove this "Session Expired due to inactivity" function from emails. If no, please let me know why.
