Hey there! I checked my personal server and it shows the local domain for both secure and nonsecure connection options. Is there a valid SSL certificate in place on that domain? If so, I would expect the domain name to show up as a valid connection option.

That could potentially be related to the issue. Do you know if that certificate covers mail.yourdomain.com?

I'm wondering if that SSL isn't properly applied to the mail services on the account and is only present in Apache. From our documentation at Set Up Mail Client | cPanel & WHM Documentation : "The system generates the email account"s Incoming Server and Outgoing Server hostname based on the domain"s SSL certificate status:
    • If the account has a valid SSL certificate installed, the system uses the email account"s domain.
    • If the domain does not have a valid SSL certificate installed, the system uses the server"s hostname for the email account. For example, if your hostname is www.example.com and your SSL certificate matches your hostname, the system uses the www.example.com server name."
I'm not aware of a manual way to adjust the output on that page as that all gets read automatically.
