  Hey there! It does seem there are inconsistencies with the DNS configuration for your domain. If you scan the domain using a tool like intoDNS: checks DNS and mail servers health you'll see there are problems mentioned with the nameservers. You'll want to make sure that every piece of DNS all the way to the root nameservers is working well before the AutoSSL tools will properly issue the certificate.

  You'll want to make sure the nameservers at the registrar match the nameservers that are configured in the DNS zone.
