AutoSSL(Sectigo) renews SSL before 3 days of the expiry, till then you can ignore this message. If it fails to renew the certificate automatically before the expiry date then you can manually renew it using below command: # /usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkallsslcerts

I just checked the link that I was given in one of the emails that takes me to the Manage Service SSL Certificates and there the expiration of my SSL is 8/8/22 which is many more days than the 21 stated in the message from the server. This just does not make sense to me. Please can anyone else shed some light on this error? Thanks

Sectigo has had some issues on their end for a bit now that keep the SSLs from being issued as quickly as they should. You can find more details on this here:
