Can't do anything in Cpanel while file manager downloads

I have Cloudlinux 7.9 and Cpanel 102.0.14. Whenever I download a file with file manager or compress a file, I can't do anything in another tab. This is a bare metal server on HiVelociy in Dallas, TX. I have used the file manager on another server though a webhost who had cloudlinux and I never had that problem. Many time when compressing the file, the dialog box that shows the animated striped bar will stop. I am unsure why this happens on this server. I run the same resource limits as the old host used to run, although he had ngnix reverse proxy and I don't.

  Hey there! I'm not able to reproduce this on a CloudLinux server when I tested this just now. Do you see anything odd in the cPanel error log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when you're performing this work?
