DNS Exist but not showing on dns zone

Hi I've some issue with dns record, i want create cpanel account but dns record already exist. i've check on dns zone and dns conf from named.conf nothing found it. Maybe any idea to check it more Thanks

  Hello! Have you already tried checking the DNS Zone Manager in WHM to see if a DNS zone exists for the domain? Based on the error, it appears the DNS records or a DNS zone already exist for the domain. If you aren't seeing a DNS zone for this domain on the server, I'd recommend opening a ticket with our team so we can assist you with identifying the reason for the error. We also have an article I'll include below that contains some general troubleshooting steps for this issue:

  Yeah already check on whm, base edit dns zone or delete dns zone. But it doesn't appear. And dns record already exists.

  fyi Now this solved. i've double check in 2 server dnscluster. one of them still have caching record on /etc/named.conf but zone already delete. Thanks
