    Hey there! Is there anything specific in the 404? If you check the Apache configuration directly, can you confirm there is a non-secured vhost (running on port 80) in place for that domain? Normally I'd expect the opposite to happen where SSL doesn't work. When you load the page do you see anything else helpful in the main Apache log at /etc/apache2/logs/error_log?

    DavidIQ: I am also facing same issue. HTTPS is working fine but HTTP is not getting through and 404 page appears. Let me know if you found any solution.

    @armananwar - is this only happening to one specific website or is it happening with multiple pages?

    This is happening for all domains and subdomains. I checked AWS firewall rules. They are fine. I used cpanel image on AWS to create ec2 instance.

    Our team looked at this and determined this could be caused by an issue with the NAT configuration on the machine. Let us know if you need more help with that!
