    Hey there! Can you try running "apt update" on the machine to see if that update works normally?

    That's definitely odd as that's one of those things that should just work. It might be best to submit a ticket to our team so we can check that behavior on your system directly.

    Hi Cpanel technicians examined the issue and found that the apache2-utils package installed with the operating system was causing a conflict with the ea4 installation. After removing the apache2-utils package, the installation is complete. I created my server by choosing ubuntu 20.04 ready installation over vultr, probably this package comes automatically in this installation. I have suggested a fix for these packages that may conflict in the installation software, I hope this fix will be applied in the next versions.
