Hey there! Can you try running "apt update" on the machine to see if that update works normally? 0 -
I did all the updates before. root@vultr:~# apt update Hit:1 Index of /ubuntu focal InRelease Get:3 Index of /ubuntu focal-updates InRelease [114 kB] Get:4 Index of /ubuntu focal-backports InRelease [108 kB] Get:5 Index of /ubuntu focal-security InRelease [114 kB] Fetched 336 kB in 1s (559 kB/s) Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done All packages are up to date. 0 -
That's definitely odd as that's one of those things that should just work. It might be best to submit a ticket to our team so we can check that behavior on your system directly. 0 -

Hi Ticket number #944516990 -
Thanks for that - I'm following along on my end now. 0 -
Hi Cpanel technicians examined the issue and found that the apache2-utils package installed with the operating system was causing a conflict with the ea4 installation. After removing the apache2-utils package, the installation is complete. I created my server by choosing ubuntu 20.04 ready installation over vultr, probably this package comes automatically in this installation. I have suggested a fix for these packages that may conflict in the installation software, I hope this fix will be applied in the next versions. 0
