Getting logged out of WHM interface

I am experiencing 2 main issues. 1. Anytime I tried doing anything in the WHM, it logs me out and I keep trying severally to log back in I get the "Your IP address Changed. Please login error" I have set the tweak setting to loose but I still get this error 2. This is how the page loads: I believe this may be due to the theme but how do I change the theme. I have tried all options but since its not loading well, it take me through 1 which is very frustrating. Any help is welcome. Regards

  Hey there! Could you try a different browser to see if that works well? The most likely explanation is local cache on your browser causing this issue, so using a different browser entirely would help eliminate that variable.

  Maybe you are getting logged out because your local system IP address frequently changes. To fix the issue, you can follow the steps mentioned below: Changes in the settings, Log in to the WHM and open the "Tweak setting" on the left sidebar, or search "tweak" in the search bar. Open the "Security" tab. Here, you will see the "cookie IP validation segment option." Set the "cookie IP validation segment" disabled and click on the Save button. These steps will stop your automatic disconnects from WHM.
