How do I fix the Cloudflare MX Record Warning

I'm getting a small yellow triangle in Cloudflare when setting up a new account. Next to the triangle, it says that that the mx record (for the mail) is being proxied through Cloudflare, and it is exposing the server's IP address.

  Cool thanks. I also submitted the Sucuri Firewall Mail question in this mail forum. Would changing the mail record work here, too?

  Changing it to this: domain.com. 14400 IN MX 0 mail.domain.com. mail 14400 IN A 1.2.3.4

  It could work for this issue as well, but I'm not entirely certain how Cloudflare handles that. That would be a question for them.
