Not receiving email notifications
Hello, suddenly my WHM stopped sending me notifications emails.
I've checked in Home / Server Contacts / Contact Manager / Notifications and all input boxes all unmarked.
I check some or all and is not saving, they keep blank.
Any ideas please?

Hey there! The checkboxes on the left are unrelated to the status of the notification. Those are just used for making mass changes, but the actual Importance setting is what will trigger the notification to happen. Then, back on the "Communication Type" tab, you can set the type of notification to send based on the Importance. 0 -
Hello, I'm sorry for the delay. Thank you very much for your answer @cPRex I have "Email" and selected "All" y Communication Type Tab. Nothing is coming, changed to my gmail, checked spam, nothing happens. As I said, it was working and suddenly stopped sending notifications. Any help is appreciated. Thanks very much! 0 -
Thanks for the additional details. It would be best to submit a ticket to our team so we can check the machine directly, as this is one of those tools that should just work properly without any modifications needed. 0 -
