My Mail Backup restore failed.
Hi!
I'm verry new and bad when it comes to domains, websites etc etc. So be patiet with me... But i have a problem that i want help with.
I need to backup my mail. I have found Jetbackup and figured out how to do it. But when i click restore and go to the queue-page it says that the restore failed. I have tried it several times and it have failed over and over again.
Again, im verry new but please help me... I want my mail back...

If you're using JetBackup version 4, details on where the restore logs are located can be found here: General Logs " JetBackup Documentation documentation JetBackup 5 information can be found here: Logs " JetBackup 5 Documentation documentation I would recommend starting with the Restore Log mentioned to see if there is an obvious reason for the failures. It's also possible that @antonJetApps has some more ideas about this as well! 0 -
If you're the website owner (from your profile) you'll have to contact your provider to get the logs. 0 -

Well, my domain provider called me and said that he had seen that i had some problems restoreing my mail. And he fixed it. Sooo. Thats one way to do it haha0 -

Logs will always be the best place to start diagnosing any issues with JetBackup :) and glad to hear you were able to resolve your issue @EdvardB!
