HTTP ERROR 500 gettext

Hello, I would like to install gettext by EasyApache4 because I can not access to a page on the website. However, the intallation does not complete and stop (please see picture). Could you please help me in this issue?

  Hey there! Since this is complaining about a package that is already installed, could you try running this? yum clean all yum makecache yum update
  and then performing that work through EasyApache again to see if that works well?

  I ran the codes in Terminal WHM, and I performed that work through EasyApache again but the problem is still
