EA-10751 - cPanel check mail isn't working if logged in to cpanel.domain.tld

Hello, My clients are experiencing error when clicking "check mail" button from cPanel. The error message says A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive.
Surprisingly, the error occurs only if you log in via cpanel.domain.tld but no error if you log in using domain.tld/cpanel url. Please help me solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

  Hey there! Thanks for sharing this issue. I confirmed this behavior with cPanel's Paper Lantern theme and have created case CPANEL-41116 for our developers to get this resolved. I did also confirm that switching to the Jupiter theme resolves this problem, so you could do that to provide a workaround for those customers that are using the "cpanel" subdomain to access their account.

  @Optimizr - so far we are only able to reproduce this problem on systems using Nginx. I've updated the case number and link to reflect our work that is already happening on this.
