Problems with login

(I used translator to write this) When I want to enter Cpanel, I get the error ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT However, this only happens on my computer. On other computers I can log in normally. Check if there is any IP blocked, but all are accepted. I contacted my hosting service (Sparked), and they told me to contact cpanel. What can the error be due to?

  Hello! I'm surprised the host told you to contact us, since if you can't reach the server at all the issue would not be something that can be fixed on the server side. Have you tried using a different browser, or clearing the cache of your current browser to see if that changes the behavior?

  Yes, i try with Opera, Edge and Firefox, but the error continues. It surprises me too. I dont want to give a bad reference about the hosting service, but that's what I was told.

  No, I can't access the website or cpanel. I can't access any page of my domain

  Alright, that's the critical detail then. There's some issue between your computer and the server, but that isn't something we'll be able to help with on our side. You'll want to work with the host and they should be able to guide you on doing some network checks to see where the connection drops, and then get that resolved. It could also be an issue with your internet provider as well, but it wouldn't be a problem on the server side or with the cPanel tools.
