WordPress on the godaddy website
I'm using Godaddy's website builder to create a website for my customer, however they didn't receive a WordPress hosting account. Therefore, I installed WordPress on my domain's cPanel so that I could access it and use it to edit the website. After installation, I'm unable to get WordPress to function on my Godaddy website builder-made website's cpanel. I'm having trouble moving the website because I'm a cPanel newbie.

Hey there! I'm not completely clear on what the issue is from your initial post. Can you let me know what errors you're seeing or what specifically isn't functioning? If it's related to WordPress, I might be able to talk you through that even though it's not something we officially support outside of cPanel tools. Does your host offer the WordPress Toolkit tool through the cPanel interface? 0 -
You can move away website by taking database and files backup separately. Before uploading database to new server replace the old website details with new website details (URL, server directory, etc), also update wp config file with new database details. 0 -

Never, ever use GoDaddy. The Flywheel or WP Engine works perfectly. They are now the same corporation. If you require maximum performance, use Kinsta.0
