    Hello there! No, I would expect things to work well. If you have things configured at the cPanel user-level, this package will just be available to them, but adding a package won't overwrite any settings you already have in place.

    Thank you. I've got it installed, but do not see an opcache setting anywhere? I'm also not finding any documentation on enabling it with MultiPHP.

    There wouldn't be anything you need to enable - it's either built-in to that version of PHP or it isn't. If you create a PHP Info page you'll see the opcache section shown there.
