    Hey there! Unfortunately there's nothing you can do for this error as that is just a ratelimit from the SSL provider. If the SSL is getting close to the expiration date, please submit a ticket to our support team and we'll see if we can find a workaround for this, but this is the same issue we've been dealing with for a months now with the SSL provider. If you don't mind switching providers, switching to Let's Encrypt will likely get this working.

    how do I find what service it is for? where can I see the failure in the logs?

    Oh, I re-read that and it's the WHM certificate itself, so you wouldn't be able to switch to Let's Encrypt.

    How do you know its for WHM itself?

    It says 90-day license, which is the hostname certificate.
